hydrosphere ESA ESA Copernicus COGNetCDF
In plain English
What it measures. Gives ten-day observations of water-quality conditions, like algae presence and clarity, for many medium and large lakes worldwide. This version spans 2016 to 2024.
How it's made. Produced by ESA Copernicus from the OLCI instrument on Sentinel-3 at about 300-meter resolution.
How & where you'd use it. Useful for tracking the health of lakes globally, catching bloom events and water-clarity changes, and supporting freshwater conservation and research.
