sentinel-5p-l1-ra-bd4-nrti·dataset
Air-monitoring raw light, UV band 4, fast (Copernicus)
Sentinel-5P Level 1 Radiance Band 4 (NRTI)
atmosphere ESA ESA Copernicus active
In plain English
What it measures. The raw light spectrum from Earth in spectral band 4, in the ultraviolet range, held as calibrated brightness values rather than a processed result.
How it's made. Acquired by the TROPOMI instrument on ESA Copernicus's Sentinel-5P satellite and issued as Level-1 data in near-real-time.
How & where you'd use it. A low-level input feeding the production of ozone and other trace-gas measurements; not directly usable without further processing.
What's measured

Coverage & cadence
- Time span2018-04-30 → ongoing
- Spatial extent-180, -90, 180, 90
What you can do with it
- Map air pollutants — NO₂, aerosols, ozone
- Track greenhouse gases and Earth's energy budget
- Feed weather and air-quality analysis
